OnTheIssues.org BOOK REVIEW:

This book is a compendium of fluff. Never have so many pages been devoted to saying so remarkably little. For 185 pages, the compiler of this "portrait" seems to have taken great pains to avoid any statements of substantive issues. But, wow, they get the "good stuff" that the mainstream media just ate up at the time:

  • p. 46: Tea & Cookies
  • p. 47: Stand By Your Man
  • p. 52: Hillary's opinion of Gennifer Flowers
  • p. 78: On Hillary's pregnancy by aliens
  • p. 85: All about Hillary's headband
  • p. 129: All about Socks the Cat.
This book's only redeeming characteristic is that it goes on longer than 185 pages. Starting on p. 186 is the chapter called "Issues and Answers". Following are 40 pages that almost make up for the compendium of fluff on the first 185 pages. But who is going to slog through 185 pages to get to the relevant 40?
